1. Purpose

These terms govern use of the website and Parent Portal, as well as enrollment and tuition payment conditions at Blossom Education.

2. Terms of Use

Access to the website and Parent Portal implies unreserved acceptance of these terms. Blossom Education may change them at any time; applicable terms are those in force on the day of use.

3. Account & Parent Portal

Creating and accessing a Parent account is personal and secure. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and report any suspected unauthorized access. Some features (document upload, invoice viewing) require an active account and valid email.

4. Payments & Billing (T&Cs)

Prices, methods and due dates are indicated during enrollment and/or on invoices. Payments can be made through the proposed methods (e.g., CinetPay). An invoice is settled once payment is confirmed. In case of payment incident, services may be suspended until regularization.

5. Cancellation & Withdrawal

Depending on applicable law and the nature of childcare services, the right of withdrawal may not apply. Termination/cancellation requests are assessed case by case according to internal rules and/or the enrollment contract.

6. Code of conduct

You agree to lawful, respectful use toward staff and families. Prohibited: illegal content, rights infringements, attempts to intrude, abusive use of features.

7. Intellectual property

Website and Parent Portal content (texts, images, logos, documents) is protected. Any reuse requires Blossom Education’s authorization.

8. Data protection

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy, including purposes, legal bases and how to exercise your rights.

9. Liability

Blossom Education strives for service availability and reliability, without guaranteeing error-free or uninterrupted service. We shall not be liable for indirect damages or those related to third-party providers.

10. Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure caused by an event of force majeure (e.g., network outages, disasters, administrative decisions).

11. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the law applicable where the publisher is established. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts after attempting amicable resolution.
